Arthur Rank Hospice seeks local business heroes to take part in the Accumulator Challenge!
August 30, 2019
Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is searching for businesses who care about their community to represent every corner of Cambridgeshire, as it launches its 2019 Accumulator Challenge.
Organisations of all shapes and sizes are invited to apply to take part and race to raise a fortune from £50!
Now in its eighth year, the Accumulator Challenge will be launched on Tuesday 1 October, when an initial £50 stake from sponsor Arm will be presented to participating companies, local businesses, organisations and entrepreneurs. The entertainment then begins as teams compete to use their stake to raise the greatest amount possible for the charity, using as much creativity and innovation as they can muster!
The Accumulator Challenge runs until Friday 31 December, giving competitors 13 weeks to show off their flair and ingenuity, as they go the extra mile to make a real difference within their local community.
An astounding grand total of over £90,000 has been generated for the Hospice by the Accumulator Challenge, since it launched in 2012. Thanks to the generous continued support of sponsor Arm – and donations such as the trophies contributed free of charge by Go Glass – all money raised helps to fund to patient care across the Hospice’s range of services.
The Charity is seeking twenty six companies, organisations or groups to take part. Applicants are invited to register their interest now with Corporate Fundraiser Emma Bray, by emailing emma.bray@arhc.org.uk or calling 01223 675882 (or 675888). Further details are available on the Hospice’s website, at arhc.org.uk/accumulator-challenge.asp
