Youngsters will be jumping for joy during a special Easter fundraiser at InflateBounce

April 4, 2022

Energetic youngsters will have an extra spring in their step when they bounce into action at a children’s hospice fundraiser.

InflateBounce, in Wyton, is hosting the special event in aid of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH). The inflatable play centre is donating £1 from every child’s ticket sold on Wednesday 13 April.

It hopes to raise hundreds of pounds for the charity, which supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire.

InflateBounce owner Chris Keen said: “Hopefully we have a very busy day and manage to raise lots of money for EACH.

“We wanted to do something to help as it’s such a special and important charity here in Cambridgeshire and across East Anglia. “The staff and volunteers do a phenomenal job and this is our way of showing support, by raising money for a very worthy cause.”

A child’s ticket costs £12.50 (an adult ticket is £3.00) and there are three sessions available – 9.00am until 12.00pm, 12.30pm until 3.30pm and 4.00pm until 7.00pm.

Advance booking is highly recommended via www.inflatebounce.net or by calling 0800 0437620.

EACH Corporate Fundraiser Ella Walston (pictured with InflateBounce junior manager Jack Cursons, left, and head of software and media Aaron Hall) said: “This is a great and much appreciated gesture from our friends at InflateBounce.

“We hope the children have lots of fun, while also helping raise vital funds to allow us to continue our important work.”

InflateBounce is in Manor Farm, Sawtry Way, Wyton, PE28 2DY while EACH has three hospices, including one at Milton.

Seven of the charity’s 44 retail shops are in Cambridgeshire – Histon Road and Cherry Hinton Road, both in Cambridge, Cherry Hinton, Ely, Huntingdon, Soham and Whittlesey.
