Hop on board to get where you want to go this Easter
April 1, 2025

- Stagecoach East buses running throughout Easter
- Timings for each day
- Bus a great value way to travel
Residents in Cambridgeshire have been encouraged to get out these Easter, by bus, for the easy way to get to the shops, enjoy our countryside, or meet friends and family.
The county’s biggest bus operator, Stagecoach East, will be running services throughout Easter, to let you get out and enjoy the holiday. Services will be:
- Thursday 17th April – Normal service
- Friday 18th April (Good Friday) – Sunday service
- Saturday 19th April – Normal Saturday service
- Sunday 20th April – Normal Sunday service
- Monday 21st April – Sunday service
- Tuesday 22nd April – Normal service resumes
The bus is an easy and great value way to get around. People throughout Cambridgeshire can still travel for a maximum of £2.00 for a single journey, less than a cup of coffee from a high street café, a supermarket meal deal, or renting the latest movie release from a streaming service. By contrast, an over five hour stay at the Grand Arcade Car Park costs £33.10.
David Boden, Business Development Director of Stagecoach East, said: “We know how stressful it can be to get around our busy towns and cities at Easter – having to make your way through traffic and then trying to squeeze into a narrow parking-space – so, this Easter, why not let our professional drivers get you there in comfort and at a great value price.
“We know how important it is for local people to get around at Easter – both for leisure and for people who will be working – so Stagecoach East’s buses will be running throughout the holiday, making sure that you can hop on board and get where you need to go. After all, as we say, ‘we’ve got you’.” ENDS
