Pure supports Birketts annual Employment Law Conference

This year’s Birketts Employment Law Conference will be sponsored by professional recruitment specialists Pure.

The 2019 conference, which takes place on Tuesday 15 October in Newmarket, has created another opportunity for Pure to work in strategic partnership with Birketts to provide support to employers across the Eastern region. There was a natural fit for Pure to become the partner sponsor as the event not only provides an annual update covering key developments within employment law, which could impact on recruitment, retention and people development strategies, it also has a particular focus on employee engagement.

The day-long conference includes two sessions delivering important updates on employment law and a presentation by award-winning keynote speaker Mark Robb on ‘How to lead, motivate and engage’.

In the afternoon, delegates will have the opportunity to choose from a range of breakout sessions including one on ‘Developing your engagement strategy’. This session will include best practice examples from Best Employers Eastern Region, founded by Pure and sponsored by Birketts. It will provide the opportunity to find out more about what the region’s award-winning and accredited Best Employers are doing to put employee engagement at the top of their people strategy, and in practical terms how they are engaging staff and evolving their culture to be ready for the changing world of work and new generations entering the workforce.
