This Land secures NHBC Accreditation

This Land™, a provider of premier homes in Cambridgeshire, has secured National House Building Council (NHBC) accreditation, the UK’s leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes.

As an NHBC registered developer, This Land will continue to offer its customers Buildmark warranty and insurance cover on all new homes it builds. Homebuyers can therefore be confident that they are in safe hands, with This Land delivering the highest possible new home standards for the benefit of people living in them.
