Championing Business: Managing Remote Work and Remote Teams

Managing others in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment is challenging. Managing others in a VUCA and remote environment is even more challenging. Engaging and enabling other people through turbulent change requires a very different set of leadership skills than those we have gained throughout our careers so far. These skills are essential now and are already becoming pre-requisites on many senior level role descriptions.
