Getting to grips with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Starting the diversity and inclusion conversation can be a daunting prospect for any organisation.  During this Bitesize online HR session, Katie Allen, DEI Specialist and Executive Coach, will take you through the basics of what you need to know to start your DEI journey with confidence.

Getting to grips with the basics, we will cover:
– What we mean by DEI
– Why your organisation needs to take action, and why now!
– What we can do as individual allies for others

The session will also allow plenty of time to “Ask the Expert anything”, in an honest and open Q&A format.
– Want to know why everyone has started talking about Pronouns?
– Don’t know where to start with data?
– You “get it” in HR but you want to know how to get leadership buy-in?

Whatever your question, come along and ask in a safe and respectful space.  You can submit your questions in advance to guarantee an answer, or share them on the day if you prefer.
