Join us for a very special start to the festive season with the return of our Inspiring Women’s Christmas Lunch.

You’ll enjoy a festive lunch, glass of wine, hear from a speaker and surround yourself with excellent company – all of this is wrapped up in the ticket price!

This is a great opportunity to make new connections and share knowledge in a fun and relaxed environment, celebrating the year of 2023 together.

Guest speaker

We are delighted to have Claire Paul MBE with us as our guest speaker.

Claire is the Assistant Director, Skills at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority and has over a decade of experience working at a senior level in the field of Skills and Talent Development.

Until 2021, she was the BBC’s Director of Leadership, Careers, & New Talent where she took the BBC to 1,000 apprentices a year, convened and led the employer consortium which developed the country’s first ever Degree Apprenticeship and chaired the Government’s pan sector Apprenticeship Delivery Board.

She was awarded an MBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours List for Services to Education and Apprenticeships.

More recently, Claire has been a senior consultant with City and Guilds and the British Chambers of Commerce, working with them on new strategies for green energy and international trade skills.

She started her career as a presenter and journalist, moving into management when she took on the editorship of two BBC Radio stations and then became a TV Editor in the London Newsroom. Passionate about the power of education to change lives, she has won numerous national awards and accolades for talent development, business transformation, and diversity and inclusion.
