#IWD2021: How to Challenge?
The 2021 theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Choose to Challenge’.
Being an Active Bystander means being aware of a situation and choosing to take action.
In this hour session we’ll give delegates an overview of being an Active Bystander – what it is, when to choose to take action and how to recognise that someone needs help.
Research shows that active bystander intervention can be an effective way of stopping a wide range of behaviours that otherwise could cause some form of harm.
This session will help support individuals to find their voice and to speak up or step into a problem/situation.

Everyone in the workplace is welcome to attend these events regardless of gender and age – no one is excluded!
