LSIP Workshop

Throughout February we will be running informal workshops that are open to everyone, from individuals seeking work to education providers and employers. So please sign up if you have an interest in the skills landscape!

As a collaborative process, we will be having an open and honest dialogue – aiming to explore questions such as:

• What skills do local employers need the workforce to have?
• Does the existing education and training provisions align with employers skills needs?
• What experiences have employees had when accessing in-work training provisions?
• What are the recruitment challenges faced by employers and individuals seeking work?
