LSIP Workshop

This is the last in our first series of workshops, where we have had open and honest dialogues, aiming to explore questions such as:

• What skills do local employers need the workforce to have?
• Does the existing education and training provisions align with employers skills needs?
• What experiences have employees had when accessing in-work training provisions?
• What are the recruitment challenges faced by employers and individuals seeking work
