Oli’s focus at Marshall Skills Academy centres around talent retention and growth within the Engineering and Aviation sectors. He believes in adopting modern, adaptable approaches to skills development to meet industry demands effectively.
His passion lies in making career opportunities visible to everyone and ensuring that development resources are accessible to all, regardless of their background or position.
By democratising development, he hopes to empower individuals to carve out their paths to success in Engineering and Aviation.
