Sector Meet-up: IT POSTPONED

Are you or your organisation involved in the IT industry?  Do you service the IT industry or perhaps are looking for a new supplier?  Would you like to share concerns over current events?  Perhaps you want to know more about what the Chamber are doing?

This Sector Meet-Up event brings together people interested in the sector and enables them to listen to a panel of experts.

Join in the discussion and have useful conversations in the break-out rooms.

Meet the Panel

Rupert Davey, BSc (Hons) MCP, Managing Director at ctm
Joining the company in 2003 in Technical Support, Rupert quickly showed his aptitude for management, rising through the ranks to Technical Support Engineer and Team Leader by 2005, to General Manager in 2007, and becoming Managing Director in 2016.

Rupert holds a first class honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering with Internet Technology from Bucks New University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Kari Sewell, Managing Director of Realnet, a Cambridge based digital agency
Realnet’s mission is to combine results-driven digital marketing and quality websites to help businesses thrive online. We create long-term, trusted partnerships through collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement. I am also MD of a specialist educational publishing company.

Coming from a technical background I enjoy learning and applying systems, technical and training improvements to businesses to help them create greater customer and employee satisfaction.

Away from work, I’m the proud father of four boys and take pleasure in family life with my wonderfully resilient wife. I enjoy the challenge of playing golf if only two-three times a month and I also enjoy skiing and running.

Phil Mashinchi, Managing Director, Cambridge Support and Cambridge Software
I have worked in the IT industry for about 30 years and been involved with global projects for organisations such as Barclays, Aviva and Toyota Financial Services.

During the past 20 years I have founded and grown three successful IT services businesses. Currently working with great teams at Cambridge Support and Cambridge Software, my key focus is to help organisations to take advantage of technology in building and growing their businesses. We do this by understanding needs and apply existing technology solutions or if necessary developing purpose built software for our clients.
