This role sits within our Business Services team and will provide an efficient and effective administrative and personal assistant service to the Executive Team by acting as the initial point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team. Assisting with general administration, acting as a central point of contact across the service, prioritising and managing large volumes of work.

Main duties will include:

Dealing with enquiries both via telephone and email
Arranging and managing appointments, training, and meetings (including external conferences and events)
Maintaining extensive diary schedules
Liaising with a wide range of professionals, volunteers, colleagues, and members of the public

To be successful in this role, candidates should have RSA level III, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent level of experience) together with a high level of numeracy and English. Previous experience working as a PA / Executive Assistant (or equivalent) with experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive data will also be required.

This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week Monday – Friday. We can offer the option to work from home for 2 days a week.

The salary quoted is based on full time hours and needs to be pro-rata’d for part-time posts. We regret that we are unable to negotiate a salary above the maximum stated within the advert.
