The Role of Graduate Town Planner will involve undertaking research and analysis and appraising new development opportunities, preparing planning applications and supporting the team on larger projects.
Applicants must be detail oriented and accurate team players, with excellent written, communication and presentation skills and must be able to thrive under pressure.
The successful applicant must have completed an MRTPI accredited course and be working towards or willing to work towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI).
Detailed knowledge of the UK Town Planning system is essential, as is access to a vehicle and the ability to travel where necessary.
