Head Of Operations
We are looking for a flexible and approachable team player to join us in a brand-new role as Head of Operations! This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team and make a positive contribution to the future development of our charity’s services.

Sitting in the “People and Operations” directorate, this is a varied role and you will be:

working across the team to ensure the smooth running of our Hospitality, Facilities, Health and Safety and IT functions.
acting as the budget holder for several support services across the charity
providing line management and support to our Hospitality Manager and Facilities colleagues
working closely with colleagues and volunteers involved in the day to day running of these services
Successful applicants will have:

previous experience in an Estates / Facilities function
experience of working within Catering or Hospitality
experience of leadership and management of staff across different departments
experience of developing and managing budgets across a range of services
UK driving license
access to a vehicle for business purposes (there will be a requirement to visit our other sites across Cambridgeshire)

This is a full-time role, requiring a flexible approach to working hours as unsocial hours will sometimes be required and you will be part taking in an on call rota (at 4.5% of salary).
