Location: Allia Future Business Centre Cambridge with some flexible working from home. Occasional travel to other locations i.e. Allia Future Business Centre Peterborough may be required.
Annual Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

About you
As Allia’s Marketing Officer you will be focused on promoting our Future Business Centres and the services that they offer to local ethical businesses, as well as networking with the tenants in these communities to share their news and facilitate collaboration.
We have centres in Cambridge and Peterborough which offer private offices, co-working, virtual offices and meeting rooms / event space. This role is within the busy, small & friendly marketing team and is responsible for promoting all these services, to agreed financial targets, through creating integrating marketing campaigns and reporting on results.
You will also coordinate our ‘Tenant Engagement’ programme: liaising & creating networks with the tenants at our centres, to support and strengthen the community culture within them.
We are looking for a confident individual who can juggle multiple campaigns and jump on priorities as and when they land – who is excited at the prospect of meeting tenants, networking & writing engaging comms, as well as remaining focused on driving enquiries to the centres.

General Responsibilities
INCOME GENERATION – CENTRES
• Promoting office space, co-working, virtual office & event / meeting room space at our Future Business Centres (FBCs), across all marketing channels
• Work with Director of FBCs and Centre Managers to regularly identify priority services to promote
• Prepare reports for monthly Operations meetings, attend and contribute, review actions & follow up
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to effectively market service offerings – carrying out the creation of collateral, digital marketing & social media, print advertising etc
• Track expenditure for marketing budget and review regularly with Head of Marketing
TENANT ENGAGEMENT
• Coordinate ‘Tenant Engagement’ campaign – welcoming new tenants to our centres, sharing news & success stories, writing case studies, undertaking surveys, planning tenant ‘spotlights’ & socials
• Create regular tenant email bulletin to share tenant news, highlights and milestones within the community
CUSTOMER JOURNEY
• Log all enquiries to centre, pass on to relevant team members, report on lead conversion and source
• Report on competitors / potential partners in our active locations, to inform marketing strategy and activities
• Ensure Front of House systems & CRM capture relevant data to record and utilise in targeted marketing campaigns
GENERAL TASKS
• Work with the marketing team to create & send monthly email newsletter, using Hubspot CRM and Mailchimp
• Produce monthly marketing activity report tracking KPIs, digital stats and PR coverage using Google Analytics, Mailchimp reporting and other systems
• Create compelling blogs, interviews & thought-pieces to contribute to the marketing content plan, ensuring a steady stream of original content

Person Specification
Education/skills
Essential:
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a broad experience of activities and tactics
• Good experience of digital marketing including websites, social media, pay per click advertising
• Good working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud apps particularly InDesign, Photoshop & Bridge, Canva
• Experience of working with CRM systems
• Experience of creating engaging and well written communications
• High level of written and spoken English
• Have a professional, proactive and flexible approach to your work
• Level-headed under pressure, independent & confident, but must work well in a busy, fun team
• Good IT skills especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Desirable:
• Working for a charity, non profit or third sector organisation
• Google Ad campaigns, Google My Business, social media paid ads
• Experience of creating and editing video
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM
• Adept at monitoring budgets and working with financial targets & reports
• Keen eye for detail, editing and proof-reading skills
• Experience of promoting a number of products or services at the same time
• Experience of MS Office 365 including SharePoint, One Drive, MS Teams
