This brand new position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and conscientious marketing project manager to make their mark; applying their experience and skills to a variety of marketing projects and behind the scenes operations.

We’re looking for someone to become the central hub of our project delivery. Someone who can work closely with our team to ensure campaign activity and retained projects are delivered to time and budget, but who is just as happy in liaising with clients or helping us tighten up our internal workflows too.

• Exceptional onboarding of new clients and projects to ensure we have everything we need from the very beginning
• Close working with internal and external (contract) resources to manage the set-up and delivery of all activities and outputs across multiple projects.
• Responsibility for driving each project forward using key digital tools; monitoring and reporting for our team and the clients too.
• Drawing on excellent communication skills and confidence in the marketing process to get things done.
• As the champion for all projects, key responsible for capturing testimonials and case studies where relevant; to help us share our impact more widely.

The person we’re looking for:
• A self-starter – who can work independently, using the right project management tools and workflows to shape and drive projects and ensure successful delivery
• Innovative and imaginative – able to steer project activity confidently and cleverly, enhanced by a creative approach
• Organised and focused – juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with real attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
• A cool head and a fast thinker – with the ability to stay focussed when managing numerous activities for multiple projects
• A first-class communicator – always demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills
• A team player and connection builder – able to build strong, positive relationships with our in house team and key clients alike
• Commercially astute – with budget management experience and an understanding of what makes a marketing agency tick
• What else makes you a good fit? Tell us! Professional qualifications and previous knowledge of marketing agency environments are desirable.
