About the role
We are actively seeking a CTA-Qualified Tax Manager to join our dynamic Tax Hub team. This is a client-facing role that offers a rich blend of tax advisory tasks, client management, team leadership, and business development opportunities.
Our in-house specialist Tax Hub team advises an impressive client list of HNW/UHNW entrepreneurs, business owners, wealthy families, trusts and family offices.
Based in the Wisbech office, but covering all offices including Spalding, Market Deeping and Peterborough, the team is busy and fast-growing.
About you
You will have the chance to demonstrate and grow your skills in income and capital taxes planning, trusts, succession, corporate restructuring, share options, residency, and more.
This position is a stepping stone for becoming a high-profile, ‘go-to’ expert in private client tax matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising clients in various tax areas including income and capital taxes planning, trusts, succession, corporate restructuring, share options and residency issues.
Taking primary responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Leading the tax advisory team and coordinating with other departments.
Collaborating with the resident Tax Partner on business development, marketing, and networking initiatives.
Mentoring and training staff as required.
You should possess proven experience in a tax advisory role, strong leadership qualities and excel in interpersonal communication with both staff and clients.
