Leading recruiter jubilant at 25th consecutive annual international accreditation
March 2, 2020
Anne Corder Recruitment is celebrating a major milestone – attaining its acclaimed audit accreditation for the 25th year running during its own silver jubilee year.
The Lynch Wood-based recruitment agency in Peterborough has passed its quality review, with the inspector praising the team of experienced recruitment professionals and their “outstanding” management methods.
Recognised as the only international indicator of quality, the ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates ACR’s commitment to running an efficient and cost-effective business, as well as the commitment paid to the well- being of staff and candidates alike.
Inspectors spend a day reviewing a company’s methods and systems, with an evaluation being made through employee interviews, record verification and sampling methodologies.
The final report made special mention of the recruitment company’s ‘comprehensive knowledge of current markets’, ‘mature and well maintained quality management system’, ‘forward thinking’ and ‘continuous improvement aspects for clients and job seekers.’
It also highlighted the businesses’ increasing focus on employee wellbeing in addition to the consideration of candidates; with the positioning and décor of the meeting rooms creating a relaxed atmosphere to help candidates ‘calm any nerves’.
This is the 25th consecutive year of attaining the accreditation, with 2020 also marking the company’s silver jubilee. Anne Corder Recruitment also work with employers and candidates across Huntingdon, Stamford and Spalding.
Anne Corder said: “ISO accreditation shows our commitment to always meeting the very highest business standards. The positive impact this approach has upon candidates and clients is clear in our exceptional satisfaction ratings.
“We are once again delighted with the outcome and high praise from the inspectors.”
