The sun is set to shine on Peterborough city centre this summer with several free events to entertain the whole family.
Organised by Peterborough Positive – the city centre’s Business Improvement District – here’s what to look forward to…
Yoga at the Cathedral: Relaxing and informal yoga sessions in the grounds of Peterborough Cathedral, one Saturday a Month until September. Spaces are limited, so keep an eye on Peterborough Positive’s social media channels for ticket information.
Euro 2024 Family Trail: With football fever set to grip the nation, you can enjoy a football themed, family trail around the city centre on Saturday 15th June. Starting at Peterborough Museum and finishing with a penalty shootout, this free trail promises fun for all ages!
Glastonbury Big Screen: There’ll be festival vibes on Sunday 30th June for a relaxed afternoon as Glastonbury takes centre stage on St John’s Square with big screen and refreshments.
Peterborough’s Strongest: This thrilling event returns to the city centre, so join the excitement on Saturday 10th August, as athletes go head-to-head in a bid to become Peterborough’s Strongest!
Big Screen Family Film: Get the popcorn ready and enjoy a family film in Cathedral Square, as big screen entertainment comes to the city centre on Sunday 18th August with a nautical theme.
