Taylor Rose MW changes company name

August 2, 2024

Taylor Rose MW, the fast-growing and innovative UK law firm, is pleased to announce that it has changed its trading name to Taylor Rose, with effect from 1st August 2024.

The decision to drop the ‘MW’ reflects the company’s success in unifying businesses it has merged with over its history. Founded in 2009 as Taylor Rose Law, the business has successfully undertaken mergers with the likes of Tucker Turner Kingsley Wood and McMillan Williams Solicitors, adapting its name in the process. It is now simplifying the company name to Taylor Rose in recognition of the unified culture and identity of the firm.

As part of the modification, the company will also change its limited company name from Taylor Rose TTKW to Taylor Rose Limited and move its registered office from London Bridge to its flagship Carter Lane address.

The name change follows a series of new senior appointments and promotions across central functions and legal departments.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose and its parent AIIC Group, commented: “Taylor Rose has been on a transformative journey over the last 15 years, growing into a global law firm and serving clients across several key legal services. One important element of our success has been our ability to successfully integrate other businesses into our culture, our systems and processes to ensure the business and all the people working are committed to delivering the very best service. Our new simplified name better reflects the unity of the entire company as we continue to adapt and drive growth in our key areas of focus such as property, private client, dispute resolution and corporate commercial.”
