Sadie is the backbone of our organisation, bringing over 23 years of dedication and expertise to her role. As our longest-standing employee, she expertly oversees the day-to-day operations of the Chamber, including PR and communications, events, training, policy development, finance, and international trade. She also ensures the smooth running of our quality systems, BCC accreditation, and HR processes, making her a pivotal part of the team.
A lifelong learner, Sadie earned the Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2018, further enhancing her skill set. Her passion for improving services extends beyond the Chamber, as she actively contributes to the Service Improvement Panel for a local Housing Association, collaborating with the Board to scrutinise and improve customer services. Additionally, Sadie co-chairs the Patient Participation Group at her local GP surgery, advocating for better healthcare services within her community.
With her wealth of experience and dedication to continuous improvement, Sadie remains a driving force in both our organisation and the local community.
